I (We), the undersigned Buyers(s), my successors, assigns and nominees (the "BUYER"), hereby acknowledge receipt of confidential information about The Property. I have sought out the information to evaluate The Property for the purposes of acquisition. I understand that the confidential information I have received includes, but is not limited to, any financial and/or operational information assocaited with The Property.
In consideration of having been provided the confidential information, I hereby agree:
(1) Not to reproduce or divulge any such information to others, except to secure their advice and counsel, in which case I (We) agree to obtain their consent to maintain such confidentiality; and
(2) to conduct all further inquiries related to "The Property" through Knake Dodge & Company which I (We) acknowledge to be the agency providing such information to me; and
(3) I will NOT attempt to contact the owners, their agents, employees, tenants, customers, creditors or landlord.
I hereby agree to hold in the strictest confidence all information provided regarded the listed property and to be liable for any damages incurred as a result of any violation of this Agreement.
The terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period of one year from the date hereof and shall operate in the event that the BUYER acquires the property or assets in any form, including, but not limited to the BUYER purchasing the property from the Seller or the Seller's successors; or leasing the premises from the Seller's landlord.
I hereby acknowledge this Agreement and agree to all terms and conditions set forth above.
