  • Propriety Real Estate Investment Sourcing – Sourced more than $60M in commercial real estate asset investments to private real estate investors.
  • AT&T – Managed the disposition of more than 200,000 SF of call center space throughout the US.
  • Verizon Wireless – Worked on a team responsible for $300M in analysis, acquisition and integration of 15 regional wireless companies including their real estate and customer assets throughout the US.

As co-founding partner of Knake Dodge & Company, Max primarily works with private equity, family office and individual owners of businesses helping them find value in their owned and leased real estate portfolios.

Max began his real estate career with CBRE in 1999. In 2008 Max founded CRE Cloud Solutions, which manages over $10 billion in commercial real estate assets in 30 US markets with 30 full-service commercial real estate companies.

Prior to CRE Cloud Solutions, Max was the CTO of Blockshopper.com a real estate transaction data platform which was acquired by The Tribune Company. Prior to joining Blockshopper, Max held several roles with Accenture providing asset acquisition, integration and disposition analysis with AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile.

Prior to his real estate career, Max spent four years in professional football with teams including the Dallas Cowboys.

Max received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from TCU where he achieved SWC offensive player of the year and is a member of TCU Hall of Fame as a TCU athlete.

In his spare time, he enjoys golf, skiing, travel and time with his three children and wife, Monica. He is active in his community, coaching his children’s teams and volunteering with his church, HPUMC.
