In a nutshell it represents a slowing of the commercial real estate market. However, it is the opinion of the players in the Commercial Real Estate market that a majority of the slowdown will be seen in the overall commercial markets with the exception of industrial buildings. Development of new product will slow and stabilize but existing industrial should remain healthy. Office, of course, still has not rebounded from the COVID overreaction and it is predicted to remain soft. With the continued soft office market, it may be a great time to relocate into a new office setting! Call us to explore your options. New Mukwonago Office For Federated Mutual Insurance

Colleen Geiger executed her first lease with the help of Will Schlosser, when a representative of Federated Mutual Insurance came to her looking for office space. She was able to find a 900 square foot office to fit his needs after only a few short months of sifting through the limited spaces available in Mukwonago. Agents Working together for the benefit of others

Cole Russell was calling on business owners in the Oconomowoc area and successfully found an interested Seller interested in capitalizing on the investment market regarding sale of his building with the ability to leaseback. Matt Judson successfully secured a Buyer.  Successful negotiations with a Seller leaseback allowed the Buyer to add to his investment portfolio and provided the Seller with funds to invest in new equipment for his company. The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that they are acting in the capacity of a Principal and not an agent of or acting on behalf of any other party in connection with the purchase of the Property, and as a Principal will not look to the Owner or KnakeDodge & Company for any brokerage commissions, finder’s fees, or other compensation in connection with the sale of the Property or any interest therein.  The Recipient further acknowledges that it has not had any discussions regarding the Property with any broker or agent other than KnakeDodge & Company.

THE OWNER EXPRESSLY RESERVES THE RIGHT AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO REJECT ANY OR ALL PROPOSALS OR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY AND TO TERMINATE DISCUSSIONS WITH ANY PARTY AT ANY TIME WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE.

If you do not wish to pursue negotiations leading to this acquisition, or if in the future you discontinue such negotiations, you agree to return all confidential information to Owner or KnakeDodge & Company. Otherwise, please enter and acknowledge through the form below and submit.
