However, it is the opinion of the players in the Commercial Real Estate market that a majority of the slowdown will be seen in the overall commercial markets with the exception of industrial buildings. Development of new product will slow and stabilize but existing industrial should remain healthy. Office, of course, still has not rebounded from the COVID overreaction and it is predicted to remain soft. New Mukwonago Office For Federated Mutual Insurance

Colleen Geiger executed her first lease with the help of Will Schlosser, when a representative of Federated Mutual Insurance came to her looking for office space. She was able to find a 900 square foot office to fit his needs after only a few short months of sifting through the limited spaces available in Mukwonago. Cole Russell was calling on business owners in the Oconomowoc area and successfully found an interested Seller interested in capitalizing on the investment market regarding sale of his building with the ability to leaseback.
